Job Title: EV & Renewables Business Development Manager
Reports to: UK EV and Renewables Sales Manager
Role Profile: To grow the area with additional profitable business by achieving sales of the company’s range of E-mobility, Renewables and Electrical products by focusing on Key Contractors, Installers, CPO’s, Developers, Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
Job Description

Increase turnover in line with the company forecast within your designated sales area.

Present a clear proposal/Business plan outlining your strategy around sales and new business opportunities in your area, and how you plan to grow and attract new customers.

Manage customers stock holding ensuring they are carrying optimum levels.

Maintain contact with line manager providing regular market reports and sales forecasts, and contact with all other office staff as required.

Identify opportunities to provide support to key customers around training their staff on our E- mobility and distribution products.

With the support of marketing introduce specific marketing activity to drive brand and product awareness in individual and cluster groups.

Provide timely quotes and follow up with a view to winning key contracts.

Provide weekly feedback on competitor pricing and current pricing offers in your local market

Monitor and update of all projects and routinely add notes, updates and contact information following branch visits on the CRM-Prospect system.

Routinely drive monthly promotional offers with customers

Understand the market sector and be competent in comparing our product range with the competition.

Work with the marketing team to create solutions that help drive the business forward within the companies marketing objectives.

Computer literate and conversant in the use of software packages such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Previous experience in using Salesforce and Glenigans would be advantageous.
