EV Chargers with enough power for everyone
GARO chargers are designed for simple, safe and efficient vehicle charging adjacent to your property. You can connect up to 50 outlets to the same distribution boards, making them the ideal choice of charger for you.
- Each charger has an integrated network card for a wireless or wired connection to the property’s network and can be fitted with dynamic load balancing so as not to overload the main fuse.
- Authorised users unlock the charger with an RFID tag.
- Back office solutions offer you a central metering service with data for your charger that can be broken down by user, charging station and period.
- In compliance with electrical installation regulations, each charger is fitted with DC fault monitoring, which acts as a smarter version of a Type B residual current device.
- The integrated energy meter means that GARO chargers fulfil the requirements for grants in both the UK & Ireland.
- A GARO wallbox charger can be mounted on a wall or a post.
Charging station GARO LS4
The GARO LS4 is a safe bet for the future. Made primarily of aluminium, which is both weather-resistant and self-healing, it meets the strict requirements for public charging stations. Moreover, the light strip indicating the current charging status is high up to ensure good visibility even from a distance. The illuminated front and simple interface make car charging a breeze for users. The LS4 is available with full custom vinyl wrapping based on your own graphic design.
The GARO LS4 is available with an output of 3.7–22 kW and has two Type 2 outlets in an illuminated recess, protected from weather and wind. Each outlet has its own separate energy meter, RFID reader, fuse and residual current device. The LS4 has DC current fault monitoring combined with a type A RCD.
GLB Single & GTB Dual Charger
We offer smart, safe and efficient vehicle charging, ideal for your workplace. Developed to deal with harsh climates and meet all requirement for electrical installations. Our single outlet can control up to 32 GLB's linked as master/slave configuration. With all the added features of user identification, with an RFID reader. DC leakage built-in with no need for seperate Type B RCD. Motorised interlock with power reserve and optional customisation of appearance.
Our GTB dual outlet charger is suitable for many environments, equipped with dual sockets for charging two vehicles simultaneously in a simple, safe & efficient manner. With an optional extra of a Wi-Fi module that allows you to activate a number of extra smart features, such as wireless software upgrades and schedules charging or RFID card readers. All the same great features as the GLB single charger range but with the added benefit of charging two electric vehicles at the same time!
DC Fast Public Chargers
GARO’s latest DC fast charger - Althea is not only stylish and contemporary, it is also superior in all respects in terms of remote control, operation and maintenance. Althea can be equipped with both CCS and CHAdeMO charging cables, it is suitable for use with all electric cars that support fast charging. And the straight-forward touchscreen makes the charger easy to operate.

Compact fast charging with Atle, 24 kW
Atle is a robust and durable fast charger with a front that can be personalised. With a power of 24kW and equipped with CCS or with both CCS and CHAdeMO. GARO's DC charger Atle can quickly charge any electric vehicle. Connection via OCPP 1.6 opens up the possibility of connecting to payment service and control via operator.
Charging is started after identification with RFID tag and the clear touch screen is easy to operate. How long the charge takes always depends on the car, but under ideal conditions, the car can be charged at up to 120 km per hour at full power.
The robust and compact design makes it easy to install either on a wall or stand. Atle is an ideal solution for, car dealers, car repair shops, car rental companies, vehicle depots, etc.
Load balancing to keep fuses from tripping
When you connect the chargers to the property’s distribution board, the energy meters are read in real time. Pre-programmed limit values ensure that normal main fuses can handle the task of charging electric vehicles. This is because when combined with dynamic load balancing, the energy meter enables the charger to monitor the entire property’s electricity consumption and adapt the charging output accordingly, both smartly and effectively. This means that your main fuse need never be overloaded as the charging current supplied to the car can be varied between 6 A and 32 A. We keep everything simple.
